Nothing that I can remember.

There is lot of noise from the bars around the hotel. The TV channels are very limited. Rooms are small and the there is no separation between the toilets and the shower so can't use toilet after shower because the whole floor gets wet.

Poor tv Reception, can't watch television at all. Rooms was not properly clean, no towels and so on.

Customer service is very poor, not friendly, no lift and bellboy also. Breakfast was very deprived.

The room was comfort and ok.Lobby was cool and simple.Nearby convenient shop which operates 24hrs.

Receptionist was not friendly. Rather than suggesting, they are instructing guest. They are not flexible too.1 hr before checkout time, they demand to extend or checkout at 12 sharp.Tv channel are not tune for perfect viewing

I was lucky to be upgraded to a better room with a window. Comfortable bed, which was lucky as I had food poisoning from my Air Asia flight!!! :-(

The tv reception was very poor, but they fixed this as soon as I reported it. Similarly, I reported a leak from under the bathroom floor into the room and was moved without fuss.

Little but nice rooms Coffee was a plus Nice and cosy

location is walk distance to any nearby mall such as BB Plaza

service and cleanliness getting poor.....specially the bathroom havent been wash and clean which is i can see all of the "fungus" around toilet bowl....the room kinda smelly which is i have to bought a room parfume to make it smell gud and its really annoying smells..some of the plug is not working well....tv chanel such a very irritating.....u all gonna lose ur guest if u didnt do something to make the guest come back for your good accomodation.....receptionist was not friendly at all.....

I didnt like because the roon lacked the cosy s-like shape

Out of my expectation, last time i have been stay at this hotel, last time the conditions still good, now getting worst. shower not prober install. cabinet no hanger to hang all the cloth.

Its a comfortable hotel except we have to change our room 3 times becos of the aircon..my friends were staying in another room but they didnt have any problem..Considered comfortable...

Great location, right at the center of the Kuala Lumpur town.

The standard room is quite old and it is dirty. There are some dark spot on the blanket. The toilet door is broken.

I want people not to stay here. They dont have ac controls. No locks for rooms. Nothing. Its not a hotel. Just a room. Please advice people not to stay here.

Looks clean and beautiful from the outside, nice lobby.

The room was cramped. Putting extra furnishing makes customer hard to move around, small cockroach running around the toilet, air conditioner seems broken down.

I like the location of the hotel,easy to find halal food,the staff are really helpful and friendly.

Hotel rae is in a very good location only 10 minutes from petronas tower by walk and bukitbintang monorail station very important for move inside the city.Near many restaurants and some bar and clubs where you can enjoy also nightlife!!I Only suggest for them to change the sheets seems not clean too much!!
